Our Solution
We are currently manufacturing our proprietary biomass power generation technology: The Biotricity Power Station. The Biotricity Power Station will be comprised of three primary components: a biomass processing unit, a vortex combustion chamber, and a power generation turbine. The biomass processing unit will digest biomass to facilitate combustion.
When the processed biomass is injected into the combustion chamber, we expect our vortex combustion chamber to deliver a more complete combustion of hydrocarbon chains at a lower temperature so that few if any carbon molecule chains remain to attach to oxygen and create CO2. In our design, the energy from the hot gasses created from combustion of biomass will be used in our power generation turbine which is designed to transform the heat to mechanical energy. The mechanical energy will then be converted to electrical energy and sold into the power grid.
Biotricity offers a pragmatic solution to sustainable power generation that will be highly profitable, cost effective, socially responsible and environmentally friendly. Our ability to use readily abundant, non-food feedstocks that can be sustainably grown at a low cost can create new American jobs while reducing the flow of petrodollars to the Middle East. We expect our environmentally friendly solution to be created through combustion technology that greatly reduces CO2 and NOX emissions.
Biotricity has the potential to make use of unwanted biomass such as forest and agricultural biproducts as our feedstocks to create electricity. We can tap into over one billion tons of biomass in the United States to generate power – and unlike oil and gas, there is no depletion of non-renewable natural resources. With low capital costs and short fabrication times, our Biotricity Power Station can be built, skid mounted, and shipped anywhere in the world to provide distributed power generation to remote locations. Our Power Stations are designed to help bridge the gap between supply and demand in a rapidly growing global economy.
