Our Team

Tyson Rohde, CEO

Mr. Rohde currently manages the development and construction of Biotricity's first biomass power generation station. He is currently also engaged as the COO of Southfield Energy Corp. He has also been integrally involved with the management of a structural steel fabrication company, a trucking company, and an engine design and development company.

He has served as Financial Analyst and partner at Houston-based investment firms including Brewer Capital Group and Goldbridge Energy Partners, LLC. Mr. Rohde has been active in the energy sector and participated in the origination and execution of capital market financings, mergers, acquisitions, and divestiture advisory, and private equity transactions. He has been involved in small business development for over ten years. Mr. Rohde earned a B.A. with honors from the College of Economics at the University of Texas in Austin.

Chet Gutowsky, CFO

Prior to joining Biotricity, Mr. Gutowsky raised funding for acquisitions and growth of exploration and production projects. He directed the re-capitalization of an oil-field service company and the acquisition of an exploration and production company while working as a partner at Brewer Capital Group, LLC and Goldbridge Energy Partners, LLC.

He was part of the initial group involved in the creation and development of SkyComm International in 1999, assisted with its first round of funding and implemented the second round of funding in the forth quarter 2002.

As Director, he formulated strategic business plans for the Company. Mr. Gutowsky completed the training program for personal and corporate wealth management and obtained three securities licenses with a major brokerage house in 2003. From 1995-1999 he was responsible for SEC reporting, financial management, and project financing for a related company “plant” at the $30 million level. He is a Certified Chartered Financial Analyst, holds a BA in Economics from Southwestern University in Georgetown, TX and an MBA in finance from the University of Texas.
